## The card

This is the full card for a London address. Every card names the nearest place it counted in each category, so a buyer, an agent or you can check it against what they know.

Try it on any address on the [widget page](https://howwalkable.com/widget).

## How the pilot works

1. **We agree one enquiry metric before anything goes live.** For example, enquiries per listing view, on listings with the card against listings without it.
2. **The card goes on your listings for a month.** You choose which listings, and we set up the API on your feed.
3. **If the metric does not improve, we refund the first month.** If it does, you keep the card at the agreed price.

## What is behind the score

Scores come from open map data (Overture Maps and OpenStreetMap) and follow Walk Score's published method. [The methodology](https://howwalkable.com/methodology) explains how they are calculated, and [the accuracy page](https://howwalkable.com/accuracy) shows how they compare with Walk Score. We are checking UK groceries against official registers now, and will publish the result there.

The score does not include public transport. Walking times are estimated from distance and how well the streets connect, not routed along real streets.

## Free for everyone

The [map](https://howwalkable.com/), the [city and neighbourhood pages](https://howwalkable.com/cities) and the [How Walkable app in ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6accc634bcf8819189c1bcaf0e227f0f) are free. You can quote any score with a link to howwalkable.com. The score card on another website needs a plan.

## See it on your own listings

Send us a few listing or development links. We will show you the card on each one, then agree a pilot.
