# The most walkable neighbourhoods in Paris

By [Oscar Higson-Spence](https://howwalkable.com/about#author). Updated 22 October 2026

20 neighbourhoods of Paris ranked by walkability, each scored across the area around its own centre. 13 tie for the top score of 100/100, among them the Latin Quarter, Quartier des Halles and Le Marais. All 20 score 70 or more, where most errands can be done on foot, and the lowest we rank is Auteuil (92). 19 of them score 98 or more, so the order among those turns on small differences.
